Lovely, relaxing stay aided by great staff and excellent dining! Thank you!

The staff, Thomas in particular, were very kind, communicative and accomodating. The room was large with a fantastic terrace and a beautiful view over nature. The food was of a very high standard, beautifully presented.

Quiet and peaceful first 2 days .

Secluded place . Very clean. Great parking spaces . Very nice food . Staff were very helpful .

Tv system needs urgent upgrade ! Wifi wasnt very good either in the rooms. Rooms need a kettle ( hervidor) . Its nearly in all hotels now with tea or coffee . Specially with such a great terrace, its nice to be able to have a cuppa . Front doors of rooms are not soundproof at all . We had a group of young foreign i think footballers and the noise they made and banging doors and running in corridors was horrendous. What a night ! Pool was open but no bar opened as we were told that summer season closed . What ? Its just beginning of september ! Its summer till 21 st! Not even the hotel restaurant cafeteria was opened. So from breakfast till 8 pm evening nothing was opened in the hotel . We had to go out to eat or even for a coffee during the day . It should be said before you book.

No worries about minuses, the place and staff is wonderful!

Location and possibility to play tennis and go to the gym.

If you order dinner for 20 eur each, you need to know, there is not included a drink. Pool is not so big. Tennis is for additional costs.

Could have been better.

Hot tub and pool were good. Room was was standard. Buffet breakfast and dinner we're good, although we felt we'd paid for something more personal than a buffet . Restaurant staff were nice

They decided to close the hotel on a day that I'd already booked (Easter Sunday). On rearranging the other dates the prices went up. They were less than helpful in supporting revised arrangements - not easy when you're trekking. Reception understaffed. The pool bar not open at all and the main bar not open for most of the afternoon.

Awesome

The room was light and airy and a very good size. The control for the room temperature was very efficient and fast. The bed I found was very comfortable but my husband thought it was a bit too firm. The gardens and outside area were very well maintained and it was pleasant to sit out in the winter sun to enjoy them.

Highly recommended, a perfect getaway!

A really beautiful hotel with excellent service, beautiful rooms and also a restaurant with great food. The staff were always very kind and helpful, and the decor and quality of the hotel were exceptional. The rooms were warm and very comfortable, overall a perfect stay and we intend to return.

It would be great if there was bar/cafe open during the day for drinks and snacks too. But overall we loved everything!

The lobby and dining rooms were very attractive. Rooms large and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was so helpful. Pool was so nice after a day of touring.

Great place near Sotogrande.

Everything. Laid back, more and adequate. Language barrier a bit difficult but the staff were loverly and we always got there in the end.
